1. General Definitions

By accessing the aye777 platform, players are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gambling guidelines. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not continue using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration on the aye777 platform is only permitted for players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is not allowed to open an account. If aye777 finds that an underage account has been created, it has the right to close it immediately and forfeit all funds wagered from that account.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each individual player may only open one account at aye777. Opening a second account using the same phone number, bank account, or IP address is a breach of the rules, and those accounts along with any remaining balances will be closed and forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must register using your real information that matches your NRC/Passport. If incorrect details are provided, withdrawals may be suspended. aye777 has the right to request verified personal information when processing withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

Players must not share their login details with any third party. aye777 is not responsible for any losses that result from doing so. If you have any account security issues, contact aye777 customer support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (for all payment methods). Accepted payment methods at aye777 — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• Deposits must be made using the player's own account name only.
• aye777 does not accept deposits from third parties. If such a deposit is made, it will be returned within a certain period and any bets placed with that money will be voided.
• When making a deposit, enter the correct amount; if incorrect, it can be verified through support.

3.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal processing time — completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours (excluding account verification time and bank off-hours).

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals require passing a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity check. Withdrawals may be restricted for players who have not yet completed this check.
• Withdrawals related to bonus funds can only be processed after the wagering requirement is met (see Section 4).
• aye777 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal when reviewing suspicious financial activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

aye777 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks; total balance 60,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks to be wagered.
• Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks; total balance 420,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks to be wagered.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement (WR) is 15 times the bonus amount. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the WR is fully met. Withdrawals can be requested only after the WR is completed.

4.3 Bonus Usage Policy

• Each bonus is limited to one per player, one account, one household, and one phone number.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected after a bonus is received, aye777 reserves the right to void the wagering and cancel the bonus.
• The game types eligible for bonus play are set by aye777 and players will be notified in advance.
• aye777 reserves the right to revoke a bonus from any player who does not meet the offer's conditions.

5. Gaming Policies

5.1 Fairness

All games at aye777 operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair results. aye777 will not manipulate its software in any way that interferes with players' chances.

5.2 Exploitative Play

aye777 strictly prohibits gameplay methods that undermine the integrity of the platform, including arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, bot usage, and shill gambling. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the remaining balance will be forfeited.

5.3 Football Betting and Live Casino

aye777's gaming rules apply to all football betting and live casino games. Live game results follow internationally recognised game rules, and aye777's final decision on any result is definitive.

5.4 Technical Errors

aye777 will not pay out winnings that arise from a software bug or glitch. Players must report any such issue directly to aye777 support. Anyone found intentionally exploiting a bug will be banned without appeal and their balance forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming

aye777 encourages players to understand that gambling is entertainment, not a source of income. Players should —

• Only play with money you can afford to lose — set a budget in advance.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 aye777's Right to Close Accounts

In the following situations, aye777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice —

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Suspicion of financial fraud or money laundering
• Multiple accounts held by the same person are found
• Personal information provided is found to be inaccurate
• When required to comply with a legal or regulatory directive

8. Personal Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

aye777 is not responsible for players' gaming losses, withdrawal issues, or problems caused by the player themselves. The platform provides an as-is service, and aye777 cannot be held liable for —
